1. Service Agreement
This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Ransom and Company Drain Cleaning LLC agrees to provide plumbing and drain cleaning services to the client. By accepting our services, the client agrees to be bound by these terms. All services are subject to these terms, and any variations must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates: Any estimate provided is a good-faith approximation of the potential cost of service. The final price may vary based on unforeseen issues, additional parts, or extended labor time.

Pricing: We will provide clear, upfront pricing for all services before work begins. No additional charges will be added without the client's prior approval.

Service Call Fee: A service call fee may apply to cover the cost of travel and initial diagnosis. This fee is non-refundable but will be waived if the client agrees to proceed with the recommended repair or service.
3. Payment

Payment Due: Payment for all services is due upon completion of the job.

4. Warranty & Guarantee

Parts: Any parts installed will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in facilitating any claims but are not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:

Issues unrelated to the original service.

Damage caused by misuse or neglect.

Issues caused by pre-existing conditions of the plumbing system not covered by our repair.

Recurrence of clogs due to customer-introduced debris.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access: The client agrees to provide clear and safe access to the work area.

Clearance: The client is responsible for clearing any personal belongings or obstacles from the work area before our arrival.

Disclosures: The client must inform us of any known issues with the plumbing system, including but not limited to, the location of main shut-off valves, sensitive materials, or previous repair attempts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ransom and Company Drain Cleaning LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages discovered during the course of work. Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of the repair or service provided. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
